Precision Projects Australia (PPA) is a veteran-owned Australian project delivery consultancy providing strategic project management, integrated logistics, supply chain, heavy lift and transport, and project controls services across Defence, mining, energy, infrastructure and major capital projects.
Founded by a former Australian Army logistics professional and senior project leader with more than 20 years' experience delivering complex projects nationally, PPA specialises in early project involvement, front-end planning, logistics strategy, feasibility support, execution planning and operational readiness.
PPA supports clients through the full project lifecycle, from concept development and feasibility studies through procurement, execution, commissioning and handover.
